The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc) and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

In the case that the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (streaming, patreon, advertising, printing, merchandise, etc), this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process, and will affect the total cost.

The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork even if rights are transferred.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use the commissioned artwork or any part of it in any past, present or future AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces or future inventions in the space. Any use of the artwork for any adverising or profits associated with AI technology, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

The client does not have the right to remove, edit, or otherwise alter my signature nor any other piece of the artwork (this incluides repainting, making bases, etc).

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process unless discussed otherwise.

If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.

Payments must be full and upfront, through Paypal invoices only and in EUR (€).

Larger payments will be split in two. The first payment (65% of the total cost) is made before I start working on the commission. The second payment (the remaining 35%) will be made once I'm almost done with the artwork. All payments must be made via PayPal invoices in EUR.

Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.

The buyer pays the service charge (since it’s an international payment it is calculated by a certain %, meaning the charge can go up to 5~10€ and sometimes more).

Please provide as many visual references as possible, the more references, the better the result. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the picture, add that too.

For character design commissions, I need visual references such as mood boards, aesthetics, photos, etc. It'd also be great to have a description of their physique, personality, and background story.

Commissions are not first come first served.

I'll try to finish your order as soon as possible, but due to health problems the wait may be extended, please be patient with me 🙏. This is why I don't work with deadlines! The estimated waiting time is 1-4 weeks from the moment I start working on the commission. I will contact you if there will be a longer delay.

I accept revisions when I send WIPS: ① Sketch stage, this is the moment when you can ask for major changes, so please be concise with your feedback, ② lineart stage, ③ color stage and ④ final stage, once I'm done with your commission, I'll only allow minor adjustments: hues, a color I got wrong, small details, text variations, etc.

I will deliver the full piece via email. The artwork is a digital good and will not be physically sent to the customer.

You can ask me to keep the piece private. For this I charge a fee of +100€.
